Pastor Matt Samuels is originally from New Castle, Pennsylvania, and is a graduate of Oral Roberts University. He began singing during his freshman year at ORU, and following graduation, sang for a year on the Richard Roberts Live daily television show. Matt has served as Music Pastor at GT in Decatur since 1993. He directs the GT choir and oversees the various music events and dramas that take place throughout the year. He and his wife, Diva, live in Decatur with their daughter, BriElle and son, Nicholas.
